Professional Development

Employees who attend certification courses are key assets contributing to the company’s talent progression. In certain niche industries, the lack of relevant certifications may hinder employees from performing work tasks effectively and raise challenges in maintaining their productivity. 

  • With ECMS, employees can submit an application indicating the course’s details before attending an identified certification course. 
  • Upon submission, a notification will be sent to their respective reporting manager requesting for recommendation. 
  • Once the reporting manager recommends, a notification will be sent to the Top Management for approval to attend the course. 
  • With the Top Management’s approval, a notification will be sent to the HR Department to proceed to apply for the idenfied course on behalf of the employee.
  • After the employee completes the course, a feedback form is to be submitted together with their reporting manager’s evaluation form based on the employee’s course performance to the HR Department. (In specific cases, a training bond for the course will then be issued to the employee.)

Special Custom Add-On Features

  • Daily notification can be implemented, requesting the employee, reporting manager and HR & Admin manager to complete their respective activity in the training process. The HR Department can also request for a customized report tailored to their requirements.
  • In addition, the system will inform the HR Department and the relevant employee’s reporting manager weeks before the said certification expires. With this feature, the HR Department can then send the employee for re-certification prior to expiry, and the reporting manager is able to plan their daily work schedule based on the certification course date. All the forms submitted will be required for auditing.
